Caleb

Caleb is a native of Hartselle, Alabama and has worked at Aldridge Industries for over 3 years and currently serves as our Lead Technician. Caleb worked at Mazda Toyota before joining our team. He enjoys hiking, watching sports (specifically the Crimson Tide), and video games

Quinnlan

Quinn is one of our newest team members who is a recent graduate in Mechatronics. He is from Huntsville and enjoys collecting movies, swimming, and video games. A fun fact about Quinn is that he was born in Canada.

Lucas

Lucas is originally from Lexington, Alabama and has been with Aldridge Industries for nearly a year, joining the team in February. He brings hands-on experience from his time as a machinist and deburr booth operator in a precision machine shop. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars, staying active in the gym, and cheering on the Auburn Tigers.

Reece

Reece is originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee and has been with Aldridge Industries for nearly half a year. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University. At Aldridge Industries, Reece supports marketing initiatives, business development, and customer outreach, helping connect the company’s technical capabilities with customer needs. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and watching sports, always supporting Mississippi State Athletics and the Dallas Cowboys.

Yadie

Yadie is from Huntsville and has been with Aldridge Industries for more than two years. She brings over six years of office support and administrative experience, with a strong background in organization, communication, and day-to-day operations. At Aldridge Industries, Yadie is the backbone of the entire business by supporting the team and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain biking, baking, and antiquing, raising her 2 boys, and she cheers for the Seattle Mariners and Seahawks
